First Part of Journey Talking to the travel agent was easy, convenient, quick replies, answered all of my queries. He provided me with lots of different... read more options and accommodated for the changes in hotels to ensure 5 star and close to the kaabah as I am travelling with my elderly mother. Second Part Going through the airport was smooth, check in process with Saudi Airlines was very easy. I provided my visa and there were no issues. The seats were spacious and the staff were very helpful. Third Part Upon landing, the car service was on time exactly as promised. Comfortable ride with dropping us off at the hotel. Fourth Part (Makkah) We were able to do an Umrah every night while we were there. The hotel was super close to the Masjid Haram. The hotels had food included (iftar) so we did not have to worry or buy food from elsewhere. We could get taxis nearby to go to Masjid Aisha. The travel agency were always keeping in contact to ensure the drivers had contacted us and they accommodated the timing change due to check in/check out times Fifth Part (Makkah to Madinah) The journey was very smooth. The driver was very professional. The car was big and spacious. I slept throughout. The driver had also stopped and allowed us to do Zuhur prayers. We reached on time. No issues with the journey. Very very well planned and good. Sixth Part (Madinah) We were initially going to be checking in to one hotel but then we were told by reception that we are lucky and got upgraded to a 5 star hotel that is even closer in location to the Masjid Nabawi. So we took their offer and we were so happy. Perfect hotel, nice staff. We spent everyday at the Masjid. The journey from the hotel to the airport was very smooth. The driver always contacts the day before. The company will also check in with you to make sure the driver had contacted you. I am genuinely so impressed with this company. Really 10/10. From start to end they have been helpful. They listen to my request, they accomodate to the best of their abilities, they are patient and pleasant to talk to. Whoever is the boss of the company will give raise to Shehroz because he did an excellent job. I got the tickets sorted, visa and everything arranged so fast and quick. No issues. They gave me 0 headache, 0 stress I will recommend this to all my friends & family in UK. Definitely will use this agency again in future Umrah. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
