These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Al Muslim Travel (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking any service or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by the terms below.

Flights and airline arrangements
Visa processing assistance
Hotel accommodation and ground transportation
Ziyarat and guided religious tours
All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the selected package.
Complete and submit the required booking form
Provide valid passport and required travel documentation
Pay the required deposit or full balance as instructed
A booking is not confirmed until written confirmation is issued.
£500 non-refundable deposit per person is required at booking.
Remaining balance due 8 weeks before departure.
Late payment may result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@almuslimtravel.co.uk.
More than 60 days before departure – Deposit only
30–59 days before departure – 50% of total package cost
Less than 30 days – 100% of total package cost
We are not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss during travel.
We are not responsible for airline delays or government restrictions.
Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or strikes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
